Emily,

I hope you have a whole houseful of kids because you are *seriously* the world's best mom! Sorry, Dakota, but talent like that needs to be shared! I don't know who is cuter, Dakota or you.

For real, do you know how awesome you are at Motherhood? I think that it is interesting to see this post in light of your last one. You are awesome, Emily, and you are creating something within your little family that will transcend this life. It's not easy, that's for sure, but you are doing a bang-up job!

I can't wait to see you all again. I so hope that I get to come spend (oh, I don't know) a week or so with you soon. :) You know that you are always welcome at our house too, if you have time.

Tell Dakota that I said aba-thaba-rara and that he couldn't be any cuter.

You've inspired me. I'm off to make ammends with my kids and let them release their inner Mozart since most days I spend constantly yelling Don't.Touch.The.Piano!!! You are an inspiration and I love you. I just wish we had more time.....

Next time you are wondering where the day went and what did you get done, come back and view this page, then reach around and pat yourself on the back! You are raising a boy, and very well.
I esp. loved the piano photos, you could just see his wheels running!Ah, a virtuoso in the making!

You made me miss my kids as babies! Especially the post with Dakota "reading". I loved when my kids would do that . . . pick up a book and just blabber away like there were reading. =)

This is ART. Seriously. What a connection you've created with us and Dakota. And you, as the artist. You set this up perfectly for us to know you both and love you both, and we came right in and saw "a day in the life of..." it's too beautiful.

I'm completely inspired by this.

Emily,
I must admit, you are a better mother than I am. Just kidding, I am amazing too. But I agree with something anonymous said. You are changing everything around. You are creating joy, wonderful memories for this beautiful, brilliant child. It is wonderful to behold just in these little clips!
