Bye bye bunny....

Last week was a very sad day......
I gave away my dear/evil Zoe :_(

We've had her over a year now and our balcony has paid a severe price.

I thought maybe she loved me, from time to time. but the hissing and attacking proved otherwise. So,
I just let her live her happy little life in the bunny kingdom we made for her. Until....
one day I went out to check on her and realised she had no water for over a week!
I was a horrible bunny mum! And she ought to at least be cared for properly (so i reasoned to myself)


So I packed her up in her usual travel bag but I think she felt something different because she wriggled and jumped and refused to stay in it.


That meant - the cage. Even Monkey had to say good-bye to her little sister. oh the torture!

Here is my last picture of Zoe ever! Look how scared and sad she is! I didn't let my tears fly until I got out to my car.

Tears of guilt really...

The rest of that sunny day was spent sweeping all the crap off my deck.

(then keith & I enjoyed a candel light dinner out on it)
