Yes it has taken us a long time to get to this.
I've been meaning to introduce him to paint for a long time but have been fearful of yet another catastrophic mess.
It turned out pretty well and controlled however and he produced the most fabulous art I've ever seen!
I'm now thinking "mural"!

I don't know that he could paint "that" but I did see the documentary you are refering too. Keith thinks she does it herself. I think it's a scam by the parents.
